Platform Operations

Platform rules, governance, point multipliers...

Platform Governance

REPS is managed by the DexCheck community. We will introduce a DAO system run by DCK token stakers. The DAO will manage listings on the platform. Through a community voting process, DCK stakers will decide projects that will be featured on the reward dashboard. The voting power of each DAO member is relative to the amount of DCK tokens they have staked on the staking portal. Make your voice heard, stake your DCK tokens on the Staking portal, and contribute to the future of REPS.

Reward Multiplier

Rewards earned on REPS by KOLs and regular social media users are determined by a weighting system according to the POS protocol. In addition to the usual reward, there will be a multiplier structure for users on the platform. Users who fall into defined categories will receive increased rewards according to the multiplier. There will be two reward multiplier categories;

Community and KOLs

Regular users are non-DCk stakers on the platform. Multipliers for regular users are time-based. Multipliers are calculated according to the length of time each user holds their rewards without selling them. This is to encourage users to hold on to the tokens they earn on the platform.

The reward multiplier tiers for regular users are as follows;

Paper hands (0.5X Multiplier): A 50% point slash will (subsequently) apply to users who sell their reward within 48 hours of claiming (users who hold their claimed rewards for less than 48 hours).

Weak Hands (0.75X Multiplier): A 25% point slash will apply to users who hold their rewards for more than 48 hours after claiming, but sell within a week (users who hold their claimed rewards for less than one week)

Average Holders (1X Multiplier): Users who hold their rewards for more than one week after claiming, but sell within a month (users who hold their claimed rewards for less than one month) will maintain the normal weighting structure.

Strong Hands (1.25X Multiplier): A 25% boost will apply subsequently to users who hold their rewards for more than one month after claiming, but sell before three months (users who hold their claimed rewards for less than 3 months)

Diamond Holders (1.5X Multiplier): Users who hold their rewards for more than 3 months after claiming receive a 50% point boost in future reward campaigns.

DCK Stakers

We will also add Point boosters for REPS users who stake DCK on the staking portal. The staker's booster is not active at this time. This section will be updated when this feature is added. However, here's the planned booster structure for DCK stakers;

Expert Boosted (1.15X Multiplier): A 15% point boost will apply to users in the Expert tier (users who stake at least 20,000 DCK in the staking portal).

Oracle Boosted (1.3X Multiplier): A 30% point boost will apply to users in the Oracle tier (users who stake at least 100,000 DCK in the staking portal)

Reward Claim System

We developed a simple claim contract for reward claiming. The claim system will be similar to that seen on regular earndrop campaigns. Users will be required to connect their wallets to the platform, verify their X.com account, and call the claim contract through simple button clicks. Rewards will be credited to the connected wallet.

Platform Rules

Post Quality

Only meaningful, original, and relevant content is eligible for rewards. Shilling, especially when creative and original, is accepted and can earn points. However, users are encouraged to maintain a balanced mix of shilling and meaningful content to maximize their scores.

Eligibility

Both KOLs and regular community members are eligible, with no preferential treatment. KOLs and community members will be ranked on separate leaderboards.

Penalties and Point Slashing

Rewards will be withheld for any accounts identified as duplicates or engaging in fraudulent or cheating behaviors.

To promote long-term support and holding of tokens from projects listed on REPs, we introduced a point slashing penalty for participants who sell their rewards shortly after claiming.

Your rewards on REPS will be reduced by 50% if you sell rewards from previous campaigns within 48 hours of claiming

Your rewards on REPS will be reduced by 25% if you sell rewards from previous campaigns within one week of claiming
